At Margins Matter, sustainable engagement is an essential part of EDI work. We work with you to build your internal EDI muscle to drive change in ways that suit your business best.
Community Engagement
Whether engaging internal community members like staff, board, execs, or external community members like partners and local organizations, we believe that creating EDI programs that work requires bottom up engagement and alignment.
